How do I get started with Ledgiva?

Sign up for a free 14-day trial, set up your company profile in Settings, add your products, and create your first invoice. No credit card required to start.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and instant EFT payments through our secure payment partner, PayFast. All transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).

Can I customize my invoice templates?

Yes! Ledgiva offers multiple invoice templates including Classic, Modern, and Minimal designs. You can also add your company logo and customize colors to match your brand.

How do I share invoices with customers?

You can send invoices directly via email from Ledgiva, or share a secure payment link that allows customers to view and pay their invoice online.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We use TLS encryption for all data in transit, bcrypt hashing for passwords, and store data in secured databases. Payment processing is handled by PCI DSS compliant PayFast.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Do you support multiple currencies?

You can set your preferred display currency (ZAR, USD, EUR, GBP) for invoices and reports. All subscription payments are processed in ZAR.

How many team members can I add?

The number of team members depends on your plan: Basic supports 1 user, Professional supports up to 5, and Business supports up to 20. Additional users can be added for R49/user/month.
